ShaRUN™ Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom orders, including embroidery and DTF, require 7-10 business days to process before shipping. Larger custom orders may require additional time and customers will be notified if this applies.


Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier but are typically 3-7 business days within the United States. ShaRUN™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. ShaRUN™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

ShaRUN™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
